Jena' Bradley

Jena’s passions exist at the intersection of philanthropy, equity, and storytelling.  She currently serves as the senior manager of community impact at the United Way of Greater Cincinnati. In this role she’s had the opportunity to create and lead transformative work, including the Black-led Social Change Initiative and Project Lift. Within her professional role, Jena serves a core team member for All-In Cincinnati and a member of the Hamilton County Economic Inclusion Advisory Council.

Outside of work, Jena enjoys being engaged in her neighborhood of Walnut Hills. She’s held several leadership positions in the neighborhood including board president of the Walnut Hills Redevelopment Foundation, board member of the Walnut Hills Area Council and Walnut Hills Historical Society, and board president of Cincy Stories. When she’s not doing work in Walnut Hills, she’s likely doing one of three things: (1) reading comic books/graphic novels, (2) having dance parties with her husband Matt, or (3) binge-watching bad television.
