- Nikita Anderson is a hard working mother of five. As a Cincinnati native, her passion is to make her entire city better. She sits on the board of the Avondale Community Council, Cincinnati Promise Forward and Cincinnati Preschool Promise. She has almost 20 years of experience in providing great customer service across several industries. With proven methods for authentic engagement, she has helped organizations improve policies and practices to better serve their clientele. She strongly believes that people need to believe in themselves before any real change can happen and strives to make that happen through the work she does.

- I once could not see myself living without any type of public or government assistance. Dreams were just dreams, with no real belief I could ever achieve them. I was working 2 to 3 jobs, bearly adding up to a living wage. I had no idea how much I really didn't love myself as well as the importance of self care. I was introduced to the art of vision boarding early on in my journey to loving myself. I can personally testify to the power that is evoked when you sit down and think clearly about what you want and find images that represent those things to you. Being able to see your goals on a consistent basis and the changes that happens, isn't just spiritual it's scientifically proven! I know its my purpose to share what I have learned. Empowering people to see and then reach their full potential is a life calling that I'm answering by doing the work I do!
